As a competitive athlete who was frustrated with losing ground on my personal, health, wellness, & performance goals in the midst of a high paced corporate career, my journey back to reclaiming my time & goals inspired me to do something bigger. A coach I was fortunate to have, Deana Wyland, reminded us that no matter how we feel on a day to day basis, we are strong, we are beautiful, we are athletes. This mantra stuck with me through the highs and the lows. It stuck with me when I smashed goals, and on days I felt less than optimal. It’s a mantra I felt called to share on a bigger scale. Never underestimate the impact & ripples you have in the lives of others.

Athlete. is an empowerment brand born from the desire to encourage others on their journey toward their favorite selves, while remembering that they are already strong, already beautiful, and they already have those mental and physical abilities of an athlete, to dig deep and accomplish things they may have never done before. If you have a body, you are an athlete. You got this.
